The Wall Street Journal: Who among Donald Trump’s co-defendants might flip?

With many questions looming over the Georgia racketeering case against former President Donald J. Trump and others, The Wall Street Journal turned to Knowles Gallant Timmons Partner Chris Timmons for insight into how some of the president’s co-defendants may coordinate with the prosecution. As a former county prosecutor who has tried numerous racketeering cases, Timmons noted that cooperation sometimes can lead to probationary sentences.

He said, “People who are lower on the chain – who had minor roles in the conspiracy – those people might cut a deal.”
